Quite a snappy little number, this one. It's the Korean made Skyline version i bought from www.bassandbeyond.com out of Sacramento, CA (thanks guys!) Based on the serial number it was made in 2004. This one has the swamp Ash Body in the now discontinued Candy Apple Red and pearloid pickguard. Flat-sawn maple neck with maple fretboard and block Inlays. The pickups are the passive Aero's with Vol/Vol/Tone Controls. Tuners are the ultra lite Hipshots with the D-tuner. The strings are Thomastik Infeld JR-344 Jazz Bass roundwounds.

In 2009, I replaced the neck shown with a rosewood fretboard on maple with CAR headstock from Lakland. The maple neck was purchased by Juan Alderete of the Mars Volta.
