Description

A sort of 'FrankenFender'. The neck is a Moses fretless graphite with the dimensions of a Fender Jazz. Tuners are pre-CBS reverse style. Body is from a Fender '62 Reissue Jazz made in Japan from the early 80's. Tort pickguard. The pickups are DiMarzio UltraJazz and pots are DiMarzio, as well. The control plate is from a 1978 Fender Jazz. Badass II bridge.

An excellent player with a beautiful sound ranging from the full warmth of a true fretless fingerboard to the bite found from the roundwounds.  The DiMarzio's don't hurt, either.

Completely set up with no worries of the roundwounds chewing the fingerboard. With graphite it just doesn't happen.

I no longer own this bass, it's in pieces around the globe.
