 New Construction
• Walnut Creek Intermediate: Build new library.
• Walnut Creek Intermediate: Build new locker room.
• Murwood: Upgrade electrical for existing portable classrooms.
• Buena Vista and Walnut Heights: Renovate school entries.
• Upgrade acoustical at all sites.
• Upgrade existing portable classrooms at all sites.

Safety and Security
 • Upgrade alarm systems at all sites.
• Walnut Heights/Walnut Creek Intermediate: Install new automatic fire alarm systems.
• Install additional security lighting at all sites.
• Add more parking at all sites.
• Install new public address systems at all sites.
• Install new outdoor security cameras at all sites to prevent theft and vandalism.
• Replace phone systems at all elementary sites.
• Buena Vista and Murwood Schools: Construct new fire access roads.

Building Exteriors and Grounds
 • Walnut Creek Intermediate:
    • Renovate rear access road and add turnaround area.
    • Construct new pedestrian bridge.
    • Renovate outdoor lunch area.
    • Widen sidewalks.
    • Pave bicycle storage area.
• Renovate/add outdoor learning areas at four elementary schools for science, music, and art (except Parkmead Elementary).
